Wil is completing his fellowship in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. He completed his medical school training at Georgetown University School of Medicine, and his pediatric residency training at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Wil's research interest is in the use of technology in the resuscitation and care of critically ill infants. He is currently studying procedural technique of neonatal intubation when using video laryngoscopy. He would like to use this data to help guide achievement of competency for neonatal trainees in the future.

Fun Facts

Wil grew up in Virginia's Shenandoah Valley where he enjoyed hiking and fishing as a kid. Despite 15 years of big city living, he still feels out of place!
Shortly after graduating from JMU, he moved to China where he taught English and can still reason with a taxi-driver in Mandarin.
He is married with two young daughters and an English Bulldog at home.
